The best seasons to travel to are spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November). These seasons are quite dry and warlike. It's not advised to hike during the monsoon season (May to September) due to the higher risk of landslides and floods. The winter months (December, January, and February) are the driest and coldest months of the year.

It was a great trip under the management of Mr. Dinanath Panta and his team. Thanks for the wonderful coordination.
The trip to Nepal was unlike any other place on earth. The geography was completely unique, being widely diversified. The topographies really amazed me; they looked like they were handcrafted by nature itself, with all the beauty poured in here. For the Lantang Gosaikunda Trek trip, I'd use just one word to describe it, which is 'Fascinating'. Thanks to whole nation of Nepal for making my trip memorable and thanks to Mr. Panta and his team for making it happen
Even someone with an average health condition and a sound mind can get to travel to the Langtang Valley Gosaikunda trip, even if they've not done any training beforehand. The first few days might seem difficult, but along with acclimatization and the normal pace of climbing, people will get accustomed to it.
The trip of the Tamang Heritage Trail is a bit longer than the Langtang Trek, and it passes via a remote settlement with less hustle from foreigners due to their practice of their own culture, which has helped in the cultural preservation of locals instead of practicing tourism, which might have left some sort of foreign cultural impression on the locals.
The majority of transactions here take place on a cash basis, with the unavailability of e-banking services along with other card-swiping payment methods. As for the ATM it's limited to Syabrubesi so it's better to have cash on hand.
Drinking water in this region is widely available. you can get water in places such as teahouse, lodges and shops for free but you'll have to buy if you want to have bottled water.
During the trip, you should avoid the use of alcohol and intoxicating substances, and especially while on route or in woodland areas, try to avoid noisy activity as it might disturb the natural state of wildlife habitats.
